RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At OPULENTO, every piece is selected and prepared with intention. For this reason, all sales are final.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please ensure that you carefully review your size, colour, product selection, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges where the product received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive an item that is faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, OPULENTO may provide an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Original tags must still be attached where applicable.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise show signs of use will not qualify for an exchange.

SIZE & CHANGE-OF-MIND PURCHASES

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or simply no longer wanting the product.

IMPORTANT

OPULENTO reserves the right to assess each exchange request individually. An exchange will only be approved where the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

All purchases made through OPULENTO are considered final.
